EIGHTY-NINTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,

NOTICE is hereby given that the 89th Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held in the Randwick Rugby Club, 104 Brook Street, Coogee, on Monday 27 February 2012 at 6.30 pm.

BUSINESS:
1. Minutes of the 88th Annual General Meeting.
2. Reception of Annual Report and Financial Statements for Season 2011.
3. Election of the Council for Season 2012.
4. To transact any other general business brought before the meeting in conformity with the Club rules.

Member's attention is drawn to the fact that nominations for the office of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Council Members (5) must be in the hands of the Secretary, fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting (i.e. by 6.30 pm on Monday 13 February 2012).
