Girvan Waugh, Randwick Rugby 2011 Club Sponsor teamed up with famed chef Jamie Oliver in constructing Jamie's soon-to-be opened Italian restaurant in Pitt Street in Sydney. Girvan Waugh worked with the Pacific Restaurant Group and PeckvonHartel Architects in the design and construction of Australia's first Jamie's Italian Restaurant. This will be the flagship for future Jamie's Italian Restaurants in Australia. Girvan Waugh's directors and former Randwick players Michael Girvan and Warwick Waugh joined forces with fellow galloping green, Stuart Pinkerton, who designed a multitude of custom furniture for the venue including numerous bar tables, waiters' stations, menu boards and wine walls.
