Ceviché Restaurant is rapidly gathering a reputation as one of the area's finest eating establishments and not surprisingly. Our head chef is Niklas Eberhardt, former owner and proprietor of the well known and respected Beach Pitt Restaurant in Coogee Bay Road. Niklas has a CV that explains why he is so good at his job.

Niklas is the former Sous chef at the Hilton Hotel and he is also an award winning Chef being successful in the 1991 New South Wales Young Chef of the Year Awards in 1999. He has also been successful in winning the Australian Young Chef of the Year in 1992. Niklas was also Executive Chef at La Grillade, a multi award winning restaurant at Crows Nest and his creative cuisine is reflective of his early formal training in Belgium & France.

Niklas's menu & style of cuisine is modern Australian with a quality that is unmistakable with generous servings the hallmark of this gifted Chef, his signature dishes are Crispy Skin Duck, Grilled Rack of Lamb and a sumptious 500 gram, grain fed, aged Rib Eye fillet from the grill'e, for those who enjoy "a big steak".

Ceviché is open for lunch & dinner seven days & nights a week, Lunch is stylish Caf'e at a realistic price, mains range from $8.50 through to $15.00 where the dinner menu is more elaborate and ranges from $14.50 through to $30.00"certainly priced to please".

A selection of quality wines from the Hunter Valley, the Barossa and Margaret River areas can only enhance your dining experience, complimented and completed with his famous desserts of Grand Marnier Soufflé, Sticky Date Pudding, and a Chocolate Mud Cake that is devine.

Parking at the rear of the Club is available to all Restaurant customers - it will be closed overnight.

Bookings are suggested, and essential on weekends, and can be be made on 9665 0068 the outdoor al fresco Balcony dinning area is now commissioned and available.
