Mick has had a long and varied career at Randwick as a coach and manager. Having spent the last couple of years with grade as the manager of the 3rd grade and 2nd grade teams this year he has seen the light and returned to colts taking on the challenging role of coaching the 3rd grade colts.

Mick brings a lot of experience in coaching having previously coached at Randwick and also Sydney University.

Vlad Savosky 3rd colt’s assistant coach

Vlad joined the club from Newcastle in 2006 and played as a prop but injury in this year’s pre season has stopped him playing this year and has joined us to pass on his experience as a current player to our young 3rd colts players. Vlad being a prop has been invaluable in helping the players with their scrummaging and line outs and has clearly show he a talent for coaching once his playing days are finished.

We are very lucky to have Vlad help us this year and hopefully he will be able to play next season and come back when his playing days are finished and take up from where he finished with Colts.

Carl has been instrumental in ensuring all our colt’s team are fit and in 2006 and 2007 he has been heavily involved with the 1st colts team and fitness has never been a weakness for any of our colts teams.

In 2006 and 2007 Carl was involved as fitness trainer with the Australian 7s and has been able to bring this experience to Colts.

This year Carl has taken on a role as skills coach and has managed to improve many of the skills, mainly catch and pass that are sometimes ignored.

David Cahill Colt’s manager

David has been in charge of the colt’s management team for the past 3 years having spent many years in juniors as club president, registrar, manager and chief bottle wash. With his capable team of Steven Holton, Richard Brincat, Terry O’Shea the management side of running a colt’s organisation is in good hands and game days, registrations, fees, gear hand outs go without a hitch and even the request 15 minutes before a game from a player for a new stud for his boots is not a problem we are very fortunate to have such a capable and well organised group of people looking after the players welfare.
