John joined the Randwick coaching ranks two years ago and impressed greatly with his knowledge of rugby and respect and rapport he had with the players in his first two years of coaching the 4th grade backline. John demands that his players develop a high level of skill, work hard in support play and he has been successful in building an attack that involves all 15 players, which is inline with Randwick Running Rugby. With speed to burn in the backs and under the guidance of John look for the 4th grade team to win their games by scoring some scintillating tries.
